Since they painted our classrooms this summer (a lovely shade of off-white….blah), I am continuing to reprint and laminate all of the things I hang on the walls of my classroom. I have been picking and choosing what I want to keep, what I don’t want to hang back up, and what I might want to add. I have already reprinted my baseball behavior system (freebie!), some motivating mini-posters I created, and some math and reading posters.
I decided to jazz up my figurative language posters and reprint/hang them up. I also added them to my TPT shop if you are interested. I found some really cute clipart from Krista Wallden, and they are adorable! I think that the clipart really made the posters look so much better!
I will take pictures of my classroom once I am finally able to get in there and get some things done! I am trying to be patient (because we were asked to wait until August 1st before we come in). Next week I intend to go in for a few days to work in my room and also to get my little one into the practice of going to day care (insert tears). It will be good to get in and get some things done because I won’t be able to be in there right before school starts because we will be on vacation!!!
