Every Monday, we like to ease into the week by doing a “Maker’s Monday” activity as morning work. These activities involve being creative and using more than just the reading and math parts of their brains. If you want to read more about Maker’s Monday, you can check out a blog post I did on it here.
We are always on the look out for fun and easy craft-type activities that dig into the kid’s creativity. We came across these really cute activites that have the students design a Halloween costume for their teacher. We started doing this about 6 or 7 years ago and it never disappoints. The kids love “dressing” us up and the results are often HILARIOUS!
So if you are looking for a fun little creative thinking craft for your students, be sure to swing over to our Free Resouce Library. If you sign up for our News Letter, you will have access to everything in the Resource Library for Free!
Have a great weekend! Enjoy a little time doing whatever it is that makes you happy!
